This site is operated by Veridian Strategic Solutions, LLC ("Veridian," "we," "us"), an Arizona limited liability company.
What we collect
When you sign up for our mailing list, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and optionally your company name, area of interest, and any message you send us.
Why we collect it
We use this information to send you the updates you signed up for — news about our AI systems, solutions, and applications for business, and updates on our book series — and to respond if you've sent us a message. We do not use your information for any other purpose.
Who sees it
Your information is used internally by Veridian Strategic Solutions only. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Phone numbers and text messages (SMS)
If you submit your phone number through this site's chat widget, we collect it along with whatever you tell us in that conversation.
We use your phone number only to text you back about the conversation you started, and to send any updates you've specifically asked for by text. We don't use it to send anything you haven't asked for, and we don't add it to any other list.
We do not sell your phone number or your text-messaging opt-in/consent data, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Our chat widget is provided by GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, a third-party vendor that processes the messages and phone numbers you submit through the widget on our behalf, so that we can have the conversation with you. They act as our service provider for this purpose — they don't use your information for their own marketing.
We keep your phone number and message history for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterward for our own records, or until you opt out, whichever comes first.

How long we keep it
We keep mailing-list information for as long as you remain subscribed, plus a reasonable period after unsubscribing to process the removal.
Your choices
You can ask to be removed from our mailing list at any time — reply to any email from us or use the contact form on this site. You can also ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our chat widget (LeadConnector) may set its own cookies to operate the chat session — see their privacy policy for details.
